Mr. Dilan is an experienced telecommunications and networking professional with over 19 years in IP technologies, broadband, and cloud platforms. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager – IP Network Operations at SLT PLC. I lead strategic initiatives in network operations and Digital Transformation. Beyond his corporate role, he is a visiting lecturer delivering modules on advanced networking, cloud computing, and emerging technologies such as blockchain.
