Eng. Priyalukshmy Jeyakumar is currently working as an Engineer - Cyber Security Operations Centre, at the Information Security Division of Sri Lanka Telecom PLC. She is responsible for ensuring the organization's cybersecurity by leading a team focused on advanced threat detection and managing timely responses to mitigate potential security breaches.
She has 7 years of industrial experience in Networking, Telecommunication, Information Security Management Systems and Cyber Security. She is an ISO 27001:2022 certified Information Security lead auditor.
She is the recipient of the "IET Young Woman Engineer 2023" award, a recognition that celebrates the achievements of young female engineers in Sri Lanka. She has graduated from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering with a First-Class Distinction.
